There are many attributes of God that describe His character and nature as the divine being.  This painting highlights three of those attributes – love, purity and royalty.  Love is the paramount attribute of God.

The red rose symbolizes His everlasting love.  The hand of God extends His love to all and is never ending.

• “He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.” (I John 4:8, 9 NKJV).

The white rose symbolizes His is pure nature that is without sin.

• “ , , , He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin.” (I John 3:5 NKJV).

The purple rose symbolizes His royalty or kingship.  He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords in all the universe.

• “But the Lord is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King.” (Jeremiah 10:10, NKJV).
